If yes, each group will be given a 10’ by 10’ tent, one (1) 8’ table, two (2) chairs and one (1) booth sign for use during the event.
THE FEE IS $325.00.  Please make checks payable to The Bernardsville Chamber of Commerce.

Every group having a tent at the event must

  1. Fill out and submit the attached  “Hold Harmless Agreement”,      AND
  2. Provide a certificate of insurance naming BOTH the Borough of Bernardsville and The Bernardsville Chamber of Commerce as additionally insured in the “CERTIFICATE HOLDER” box.  

Set up time at the park will take place from 7:00 am to 10:00 am, Saturday, September 20th, 2008.

All items need to be removed from the site at the end of the event, 5:00 pm
